Director of Supportive Operations

Dawn Wilson is a caring individual who first came to YDI as an Administrative Support eleven years ago. She is a hard worker, and after six months at YDI was promoted to the role of Executive Assistant and two years ago added Facilities Manager. While Dawn does not directly work with youth in her current position, she is making a difference through supporting our teams that do.   

Prior to her career at YDI, Dawn worked as an administrative support at a counseling center in Wyoming. When not at Youth Dynamics, Dawn enjoys gardening, cooking, household projects, and spending time with her family and two dogs. 

Dawn’s favorite quote by Babe Ruth is, “Never let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game.”  Dawn’s favorite quote is a testament to her tenacious personality and approach to her career at YDI.
