Human Resources Manager

Amy originally came to Youth Dynamics four years ago as a member of our finance team.  She was drawn to the position because she had a passion for finance and wanted to work somewhere where she could make a difference.

In 2019, Amy was offered the position of HR & Education Specialist and became a leader in our Human Resources Department. In her position, she is responsible for leading our Human Resource Assistants and guiding our staff development activities.

In her free time, Amy enjoys spending time with her family and going to church. She reports that her philosophy on leadership is, “It’s about encouraging those that you work with to be the best individual that they can be. A leader should be one that leads by example and who will get down in the trenches and work alongside others.”
