Human Resources Director

Will Tedrow holds a Masters of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership and is a Certified Professional with the Society of Human Resources Management. He is HR Manager at Youth Dynamics and cares deeply about people. Will joined Youth Dynamics after he finished graduate school as the program manager for the Billings and Bozeman group homes. Early in his career, he began working with youth at another nonprofit, which sparked his interest to help kids take back ownership of their lives. His favorite quote by Mary Anne Radmacher sums up words he uses to describe himself such as compassion, tenacity and empathy. “Courage doesn’t always roar. Sometimes courage is the little voice at the end of the day that says I’ll try again tomorrow.” Will is a native Montanan and when he is not working, he enjoys hiking, baking and cooking.
