Keara O’Neill is a Care Manager at our Kalispell community office. Care Managers support parents and caregivers, helping them to develop the tools to support children with mental health issues and difficult behaviors. They also work with children to help them develop coping skills and monitor their progress in our family support services. Care Managers work with a team of clinicians to support children and give them the tools to thrive in their homes and communities.
More About Keara
Keara has been with Youth Dynamics since September of 2015. She has a background working with children in the justice system. Before working at Youth Dynamics she worked at the Center for Restorative Youth Justice and Montana Conservation Corps. Keara has a Bachelors degree in Justice and Law, and is interested in helping kids in alternatives to the justice system.
What Keara likes most about working for Youth Dynamics is being able to work with parents and show them how their hard work is helping their children. Keara loves making a difference in young people’s lives. In addition to having a rewarding career, Keara reports that she felt welcomed when she started working at Youth Dynamics. She feels like the Kalispell team works well together through collaboration, sharing of ideas, and helping one another to support the children in Youth Dynamics’ services. Keara feels like her opinion is valued at Youth Dynamics, and she believes in what she is doing.
