Are you a therapist or front-line clinician that is looking for a meaningful activity to do with a child that you work with? This crafty self-esteem activity is the perfect tool to use with children who are struggling. Just create a blank face, give a youth some markers and get ready to watch them get creative!
Supplies:
Markers
Sheet of Paper
Have a child you are working with write all of their strengths they can think of inside the face. When they’re done, have them take the project home and display it somewhere they can see it.
Whenever they’re feeling down, just have them refer back to their artwork to be reminded of how great they are!
