Did you know that 2021 marks 40 years of excellence for Youth Dynamics? It’s true! As an organization, we’ve weathered multiple storms and fought our way to the top of the behavioral health industry, serving a whopping 2,700 kids last year alone.
But becoming a provider of choice didn’t come easy. We had meager beginnings in our inception in 1981. At the time, we were a small nonprofit in Billings, providing only one service—therapeutic foster care.
In the years to come, we would face an onslaught of challenges, including multiple budget reductions and structural changes to our state’s mental health system. However, we would not bow. Instead, we banded together to become a more robust unit. Ultimately, each tumultuous period resulted in a further expansion of our footprint across Montana.
We invite you to join us in celebrating 40 years of excellence. Over the next several months, we’re opening our Community Office doors via open houses so you can learn more about the impactful work we do with kids and families.
